What is the minimum order?

Minimum first order for ALL stockists is 40 pieces

Minimum re-orders for ALL stockists is 20 pieces

How long will my Order take to be dispatched?

Most orders are ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days. During launch times, these times can increase to up to 8 working days

How will my order arrive?

Erstwilder send all Australian orders via Toll Ipec unless otherwise requested and all orders outside of Australia with DHL Express. Delivery times vary based on your location, but in general:

Australia – 1-5 working days

New Zealand – 2-5 working days

USA – 2-5 working days

UK – 2-5 working days

Rest of the World – 2-7 working days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on location and size/weight of parcels. If you wish to find out how much your order will cost to send, please call us on 03 9890 1392 or email wholesale@erstwilder.com – if re-delivery is required extra charges may apply

Can I add to an existing order?

Generally, yes. If your order hasn't been packed we are able to add items on. However, if your order has already been packed and weighed, a repacking fee of $20AUD will be payable. Repacking adds extra work and takes time, we hope you can understand that it can be quite a hassle and involve a lot of admin work for our team to add items to a shipment that is already ready to dispatch.

What do I do if a product has arrived broken or unsalable?

We offer a no questions asked 2 month credit policy on any items which you deem to be faulty or unsalable. To claim a credit, please email wholesale@erstwilder.com with the code of the item, a description of the fault, a picture of the fault and the invoice from which the item was bought. Our team will then advise of the steps. Credits will be raised within 2 weeks of notifying our team

What do I do if I receive the incorrect items?

How do I get listed as a recommended stockists on erstwilder.com?

We offer stockists with a 6+ month trading history, who have placed at least $3,000 AUD of orders in that 6 month period, the opportunity to be listed. This is to ensure we are pointing fans in the direction of stockists with the widest selection of new stock to choose from. Should you not meet this criteria and you wish to be listed, please email the team at wholesale@erstwilder.com

What marketing support does Erstwilder offer?

Prior to all Erstwilder launches, we offer our stockists a range of content (including product images, model crops, social media posts and web banners) a few days prior to the official launch date

What are the buying expectations of Erstwilder stockists?

We request that stockists purchase at least 4 times per year to maintain their position as an official Erstwilder stockist (average of once every 3 months)

What payments methods does Erstwilder accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard (no additional fees) and AMEX (2.7% additional fee) and bank transfer. All payment information is contained on invoices and statements. We do not accept payment via PayPal

Does Erstwilder offer trade accounts?

We do! Trade accounts are offered to select stockists with a 6+month trading history with us, who have had no problems with the payment of previous invoices in a timely manner. Erstwilder reserves the right to revoke Trade accounts at any time
